Q: Can season passes be used?
A: No. Passes are only for use during the days the park is open to the public.
Q: My bus needs to be back by 5 pm. Can I leave the park early?
A: Certainly! You can come and go from the park as you like!
Q: I have to request my check months in advance of the competition. What if my number of students changes?
A: If you overpay, we will refund you on the spot the day of the contest. Request your check for the maximum number possible. Payment is to be completed on the day of the contest. You will be assigned a time between 11am and 1pm to check out. No personal checks from parents, please.
Q: What do the students need to wear during their workshop?
A: We recommend students dry off and throw on their t-shirt and shorts over their swim suits. If you prefer changing, you may meet with your group as early as you like.
Q: Is my Entry Fee refundable if we decide to cancel our trip?
A: Entry Fees are nonrefundable.
Q: What happens if we have inclement weather?
A: The park is indoors, so weather will never be a problem.
Q: When will I get detailed information about my workshop date and time?
A: Once we have received your entry form and processed your entry, you will receive a confirmation email with performance date and time.
Q: What level students are invited to participate?
A: We invite students in intermediate school, middle school, junior high school or intro high school groups to attend our festivals.
Q: Can parents come to watch our group for free?
A: No. For safety reasons anyone entering the waterpark must purchase a ticket.
Q: Can our groups watch other groups?
A: No. Performers will spread out around the entire theatre so there won't be room for an audience.
Q: What time does the park open and how do we all get in at one time?
A: The park opens to everyone at 10:00 am for the festivals. You should pay your final bill later in the day in our financial office. You will be assigned a time to check out.
Q: I did not give you catered meal numbers originally, but I would like to participate. How do I do that?
A: Send an email with your catered meal numbers. Don’t forget to include all of your friends/family and chaperones too.
Q: When do you need my final count on catered meals?
A: We will need a final number for the catered meals 72 hours before your festival. No changes will be accepted after that time and schools will be charged for their original order.
Q: Can I get a refund on my unused tickets?
A: Absolutely! We refund you that day!
Q: Are there lockers available?
A: Yes. Lockers cost between $8 and $12, depending on the size.
Q: Remind me, what’s the catered meal?
A: Choice of hot dog or hamburger, chips, cookie, and drink. It’s a great deal for $11!
Q: No coolers, right?
A: Right! Sack lunches are okay, however. Coolers are NOT allowed.
Q: What is the best way to handle my students in the park?
A: Most directors assign chaperones to small groups to travel around in the park. The chaperones can remind students when they need to gather for dry-off/warm up. If you do not assign chaperones to smaller groups, the students must keep up with their workshop time.
Q: What should teachers wear for the day?
A: We recommend that teachers wear shorts. The waterpark is heated to 80+ degrees to provide a comfortable environment to swimmers. Dress for summer (even in the winter)!
